Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zowned, including community features, user accounts, posted content, and optional third-party integrations.

Using the service

By using Zowned, you agree to use the platform lawfully, respect other users, and avoid harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or disruptive behavior. Access to the service may be suspended or terminated for conduct that violates platform rules or creates security or moderation risk.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your credentials. You should provide accurate information, protect your login methods, and notify the platform if you believe your account has been compromised.

If Zowned offers sign-in through a third-party provider such as Google, you are also responsible for maintaining access and security on that third-party account.

User content and community behavior

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, publish, upload, or share on Zowned. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Zowned may remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates community rules, legal obligations, or platform safety standards.

Third-party services and Google login

Zowned may integrate with third-party services, including Google login or other external providers. Those services are governed in part by their own terms and privacy policies, and continued use of those integrations may depend on those outside providers remaining available.

Zowned is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by third-party platforms outside the service.

Availability, changes, and limits

Zowned may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. The platform is provided on an evolving basis, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
