Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Zowned collects, how we use it, and the choices users have around accounts, content, analytics, and optional third-party services.

Information we collect

Zowned may collect information you provide directly, including account details, profile information, posts, media uploads, messages, support requests, and other content you choose to publish or submit through the service.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser information, IP address, session activity, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, maintain accounts, deliver community features, prevent abuse, moderate harmful activity, analyze platform performance, and improve product quality over time.

We may also use information to communicate with users about account activity, security, important service changes, and community-related updates.

Google login details

If Zowned offers Google login, we may receive limited account information from Google such as your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier needed to authenticate your account.

That information would be used only to sign you in, create or link your Zowned account, help secure access, and maintain your login relationship with Google. We do not state here that Zowned receives access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or other unrelated Google data unless a separate feature explicitly requires it and clearly asks for that permission.

If Google login is enabled in the future, users should review both this Privacy Policy and Google’s own privacy terms before connecting their account.

Cookies, analytics, and security

Zowned may use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure site usage, and protect the platform against fraud, spam, or suspicious activity.

We may use analytics and security tools to understand traffic patterns, improve performance, and identify abuse or unauthorized access attempts.

Content, retention, and account requests

User content may remain stored for operational, moderation, security, backup, or legal reasons for a period of time even after edits or account changes. Public content may also remain visible where it has already been shared or indexed.

If you need help with privacy-related questions, account changes, or removal requests, contact the Zowned team through the support or contact channel made available by the service.
