Hello, if you're reading this, I'm writing from 2026! Here's a little history about the video:

Back in 2012, Ubisoft released this web series on various YouTube channels, which were at the time some of the biggest gaming channels on this site. These included IGN, Machinima, RoosterTeeth, and many others. This is why, for example, you see the Machinima watermark only in the episode that starts at 22:40. While the episodes were great, watching the whole series chronologically and without interruption was a hassle. The videos were scattered all over YouTube, which is why I, at the time, decided to edit them all together. A few other people had the same idea, and this is why there are multiple versions of the same video on YouTube with slightly different edits and lengths.

Many of the original videos have since disappeared from the Internet, along with the respective channels that the episode was uploaded to, such as the one posted on Machinima. This highlights the importance of making fan-edits to preserve films such as these and internet culture overall, so that art may be enjoyed by people in the future as well. You never know when a corporation just decides to shut it all down.

This is the Quake 3 Grand-Final of the ESWC Tournament from 2005. The finalists are Anton "Cooller" Singov (RUS) and Paul "CZM" Nelson (USA). The shoutcasters/commentators are djWheat and TosspoT.
The game is of course, Quake III Arena + OSP (a mod for competitive play)

The maps that where played:

1). HUB3AEROQ3 (Aerowalk)
2). PRO-Q3DM6 (The Campgrounds II)
3). Q3DM13 (Lost world)

The demos are from the 10th of July 2005. I sadly couldn't find CZM's POV demos for the second and third maps, so thats why you can only see Cooller's POV.
